Vahan Callan

Vahan Callan is Head of Capital Markets at AeroSG Capital, bringing more than 19 years of experience in aviation finance, structured finance, lending, leasing and capital raising. His career includes roles at the Export-Import Bank of the United States and as Director of Credit at ILFC/AerCap, where he worked across credit assessment, due diligence and client relationships. Before joining AeroSG Capital, he was Senior Managing Director and Head of Aviation Finance at DelMorgan & Co., advising clients on aviation finance and capital-raising transactions.

At AeroSG Capital, Vahan draws on this experience to support capital formation and the development of aviation asset investment opportunities.

Head of Technical & Asset Management

Brian Power

Brian Power is Head of Technical & Asset Management at AeroSG Capital, bringing more than 30 years of experience in aviation engineering, technical operations and asset management. He began his career as an apprentice at Lufthansa Technik Shannon, where he held a range of senior roles over 21 years. He later led technical functions at Aldus Aviation and held senior positions at Nordic Aviation Capital, including in transaction asset management and technical operations.

At AeroSG Capital, Brian applies his technical and asset management expertise to support investment decisions, protect asset value and optimise portfolio performance.

Tadas Goberis

Tadas Goberis is a Board Director of AeroSG Capital, bringing more than 15 years of experience in aircraft leasing, asset management and aviation business development. As CEO of AviaAM Leasing, he has led the development of the company’s leasing and aircraft acquisition activities and advanced new commercial opportunities, including projects in cargo aviation. Before moving into aviation, Tadas held commercial and leadership roles in the technology sector, including at Hewlett-Packard.

At AeroSG Capital, he contributes extensive knowledge of aviation assets and experience in developing business opportunities and strategic partnerships. His commercial perspective supports the company’s continued growth and long-term value creation.

Board Director

AJ Abedin

AJ Abedin has more than 20 years’ experience across aerospace, aviation finance, aircraft leasing, capital markets, and global commercial operations. Prior to joining Avia Solutions Group Global, he held senior leadership roles at Air Lease Corporation, where he helped drive the company’s global expansion, supporting more than $12 billion in financing and the growth of its aircraft financing and airline credit platforms.

At Air Lease, AJ served as Treasurer and later as Senior Vice President, Commercial, leading work across debt capital markets, liquidity management, investor relations, aircraft placements, leasing transactions, account management, and commercial strategy. Earlier in his career, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s Diversified Industries Investment Banking Group and in aerospace engineering at Curtiss-Wright. AJ holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
